Andy Winters

Andy Winter’s started a water project project in Togo when he was International Service Chairperson for the Rotary Club. Andy had been a Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo in the late 70’s. He used his Architectural abilities to build schools and to help the people in small villages. When he heard about people working in Togo to build and improve wells, he wanted to be a part of this service project. Andy was very excited about being able to return to Togo and help out with this water project. Naming the project in Andy’s name is our way of seeing that Andy’s dream is fulfilled. The Potomac Club is holding a Lobster Dinner on November 12, 2008 at Normandie Farm Restaurant in Potomac to raise money for this worthwhile project.
